What charges holidaA Ltd.?
We have spoken to a lot of host-customers, how to keep down our and your costs and risks. Your financial risk per year is:

Fee of Basic-Package per year = 1 room rate of your accommodation
Fee of Professionnal-Package per year = 2 room rates of your accommodation

In case you sign a contract with only 1 year contract period (instead of 3 years), the contract fee will double to cover the high primary costs.

Commissions
For our and our partners efforts we charge:

• for an online-booking with allotment a commission of 10% plus VAT.
• for a booking after booking request without allotment a commission of 15% plus VAT.

Please consider that the Ranking (the positioning in our result lists and with it the frequency to be visited by internet users) is dependent from:
