Ranking

How often your presentation will be seen, is dependent from the ranking of our hotellist. The higher up your offer is listed, the more booking you will receive.
To easen your decision, we post the rules of how we calculate the ranking of our hotellist below:

1. Priority: Hosts with a valid contract (Basic- or Professional-Package).
   The more you pay for a contract, the better your offer is ranked in our hotellist;
2. Priority: Hosts with a valid Gratis-Package;
3. Priority: all remaining hosts.

For every confirmed reservation request, booking and update of the hotel data per Questionnaire with picture get extra points, that enhance the ranking.

The input of the arrival- and departure-date by the guest generates a new hotellist, in which only hosts will be listed, that have available rooms in our system.

Presentation

Another advice: It is known, that guests book offers clearly faster, if:

• an allotment is available for the requested time and is bookable online directly and in realtime
  and
• attractive pictures and descriptions of the accommodation are presented.
